Lindsey served for ten years as a Senior Economist and Foreign Service Officer at USAID, where she oversaw the design and management of $160 million in programs across 34 countries. She had direct oversight of $35 million in funds aimed at catalyzing private capital and promoting inclusive growth.
Lindsey is currently a Research Fellow at the United Nations University and holds an MSc in Development Economics from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science from Trinity College.
