
Sweta Saxena is the Health Practice Lead at DevelopMetrics, focusing on using AI to link structured and unstructured evidence and measure intervention impact, model health system resilience, and support decision-making.
She previously led multisectoral and regional approaches at USAID, developing local capacity to strengthen health system performance across financing, social protection, workforce, service delivery, information systems, supply chain, and governance to improve equitable access to quality care in low- and middle-income countries. Sweta holds a BSc and Global Health certificate from Duke University, a certificate in International Development from Johns Hopkins SAIS, an MSc in Control of Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Public Health.
