The portal organizes partnership types, interventions, outcomes, lessons, recommendations, and success levels, using a co-designed success scale so teams can compare partnership models in context rather than relying on scattered examples.

Chemonics needed a better way to learn from corporate partnership experience across a large evidence base. The important details included partnership types, interventions, outcomes, lessons, recommendations, and levels of success, but those details were difficult to compare when they lived in scattered reports and institutional memory.
DELLM was customized to identify and structure the partnership evidence, while Chemonics and USAID experts co-designed a success scale for context-specific comparison. The Corporate Partnerships Evidence Portal gave business-development and strategy teams a more targeted way to research opportunities, benchmark against peers, and use evidence in partnership strategy.
